TERMS & CONDITIONS
Standard service hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM. Additional charges may be applies for after-hours services. A person of at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided. IF NO ADULT IS PRESENT, SERVICES MAY BE DENIED AND A $100 CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE ASSESSED.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO PAY FOR SUPPORT AND IN-HOME SERVICES:
LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE: CP Friendly, Inc. reserves the right to refrain from providing any or all services ordered and instead refund the customerís payment, wholly or in part, on the basis that the minimum system requirements of the hardware in question are not met for the technical needs (including wiring or overcoming the physical work technical barriers) or other requirements of the customer are unusual or extensive, and beyond the scope of this service agreement, as reasonably determined by PC Friendly, Inc.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY: Under no circumstances shall PC Friendly, Inc. be held liable to you or any other persons for damages, including without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expense costs, profits, lost savings or earnings, lost or corrupt data, or other liability arising out of, or related to, the services provided by PC Friendly, Inc. or out of the installation, de-installation, use of, or inability to use your computer equipment, hardware, peripherals, or the network resulting from the services provided hereunder.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By signing the form on this page, you affirmatively release and hold harmless PC Friendly, Inc. from and against any loss, liability, or damage that you or the owner lessee may suffer, including but not limited to any loss of any data and non-functioning of any component or element of your computer equipment or peripherals resulting from PC Friendly, Inc., regardless of the warranties, disclaimers and waivers of particular services and shall constitute liquidated damages and are a reasonable estimate of damages to you.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Cancellations and Charges: You may cancel or change your order if you give PC Friendly, Inc. at least 6 hours notice prior to the scheduled performance of services. Cancellations or changes must be completed by the original requestor by calling (541) 977-3167. Any payment amount will be fully refunded in the manner the purchase was paid if service is cancelled.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your service: Please call (541) 977-3167 for resolution. We stand behind our In-Home Service for 30 days. If there is a problem with the service we provided and you notify us within the stated time period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly, at no additional cost.
If a reasonable resolution to your issue with service provided by PC Friendly, Inc. cannot be resolved, we will refund your money excluding a Travel/Service charge of $25 per visit.
If a complaint is made regarding a 30-day warrantee issue and it is found that the problem is not cause by PC Friendly, Inc. or work performed by PC Friendly, Inc. was not part of the original scope of work, or that the original work was sabotaged, a rate of $125/per hour (Emergency/After-Hours Rate) will apply for repair or any work done for the repair. A one hour minimum charge will apply.
